SHORT STAY ONLY - rented per day 60e per DAY... PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! Girls only - sorry no boys :-) 1,2,3,4,5/6/7 days MAX = e65 per day... Ok, so there is one big bedroom, which is normally mine but i can rent it out for a few days and will stay with my neighbour just around the corner - - (so l may pop around if i have forgotten something lol) and the other part is a living room turned into a bedroom with sofa bed - is rented out to a lovely, easy going girl... Im a minimalist, so dont have a lot of stuff in the apartment - Most cupboard storage space is in the big bedroom so its shared with the the other fltatmate girl - if thats no problem for you? I have all linen, towels, bedding, vacuum, iron etc... And we would just need to take in turns buying toilet paper, washing powder, cleaning stuff, bits n bobs type thing... :-) The only thing is being aware and respectable to the other girl flatmate - when passing through the living room to use the kitchen the bathroom. So far everything works out fine as often you are on different time schedules. The apt is in a lovely quiet location, but seconds from the wonderful lively bussle of rue Mouffetard (i guess thats why the apt is a bit on the expensive side) and walking distance to Luxenburg gardens or Sorbonne for students... There is internet, a washing machine /dryer, and all the kinda stuff to keep clean and tidy... And a quiet, safe coded courtyard. i have cute kitty called Rigsby, but he mainly lives outside because we are on the ground floor and will take him to my neighbours apt next door. Im an ozzie, but have been living and working in paris for 4 years. The lease and bills are all in my name, so i hope thats ok ? Um what else, lm 'extremely clean', housetrained and considerate, the girl flat mate doeant smoke (although you would live on the ground floor, so the courtyard is easily accessed) I am a dancer at the lido, cirque d'hiver and other galas around Paris. Your flat mate is on holidays here in Paris - exploring Paris daily until the end of January. Idealy lm looking for someone who doesnt need/have a lot of belongings, easy going and is very considerate when being CLEAN/tidy... Any other questions please dont hesitate to ask. Oh - payment of the room would be needed up front along with a record of all your identification...
